- Learn strategies to shift your mindset and develop effective time-management habits to boost productivity
- Explore the 8 “F” strategies (Focus, Flexibility, Faith, etc.) for managing personal and professional change
- Apply these tools to build resilience and emotional strength during transitions and loss
